How to Change Your Information or Remove Yourself From the Registry

You may modify information, update donation preferences (to authorize only specific organs or tissues to be donated), or remove yourself from the registry by visiting www.alaskadonorregistry.org where you’ll be directed to log into your myAlaska account (or establish an account). The Alaska Donor Registry is listed in a menu of services available to myAlaska registered users. You may also make a request in writing or call 907-562-LIFE (5433) or outside of Anchorage call 800-719-LIFE (5433).
